Design Thinking – new methods, new inspiration

Attending a 2 day Design Thinking workshop does not make me a DT-Guru. I know that. But it gave me loads of ideas of how to use these “new methods” to try to kick-off new innovation projects within the company.

All in all we had 3 internal Design Thinking workshops for different topics. They all included some background information about Design Thinking and then we went through the whole “micro-cycle” at least one time.

Gathering people from different departments and backgrounds and working together on different challenges, is truly fulfilling. Especially working on the “(very) low fidelity” prototypes was fun and we could quickly bring to life what was all in our heads at first. The feedback from the team was 100% positive and afterwards we were full of excitement and motivation to really go on working on what we started.
