rapid prototyping – thank god there’s FDM

With the purchase of our Ultimaker 3D-Printer for the R&D-Department, a new era of physical development started. From now on, we could iterate very quickly and hands on, could try out different mechanisms and give potential users insight before having super high end prototypes. This gives us the chance to adjust the product to user needs and functional requirements, without spending too much time and money throughout the early stage of the development process.
